The present application discloses a smartphone having a non-contact infrared thermometer, and comprises a launch application, an infrared sensor, and the smartphone. The launch application is electrically connected to a registered account via the internet. The registered account is electrically connected to a bound apparatus via the internet. The bound apparatus is electrically connected to platform-based apparatus management via the internet. The platform-based apparatus management is electrically connected to an apparatus operation via the internet. The apparatus operation is electrically connected to an analysis of obtained data via the internet. The analysis of obtained data is electrically connected to log data via the internet. The present application adds a pyroelectric infrared body temperature sensor next to a front camera of an ordinary smartphone, and enables users to obtain, during use and by means of the infrared sensor in the pyroelectric infrared body temperature sensor, a real-time temperature from analyzing obtained data anytime, anywhere, by using an operational amplifier module, an A/D conversion module, a data processing module, and a display portion module.
