Provided are an image recognition method, a recognition model training method and apparatuses related thereto, and a device. The image recognition method comprises: acquiring a pathological image to be subjected to recognition; using a detection sub-model in a recognition model to perform target detection on said pathological image to obtain a detection region, which includes a target cell, in said pathological image; and using a classification sub-model in the recognition model to perform first classification processing on the detection region to obtain the type of the target cell.
