A fast accident information acquisition method is employing speech processing technology, and pertaining to the technical field of artificial intelligence. The method comprises: if a type of a fast accident processing request is fast video processing, automatically guiding, by using a smart customer service, a user to capture an accident site; automatically truncating, by using the smart customer service, a video of the accident site captured by the user, acquiring a key image from the video, and saving the image to a case record; and automatically switching a video connection object to customer service staff, establishing a video connection between the customer service staff and a user terminal, and continuing to use the smart customer service to automatically truncate a video of the accident site captured by the user, acquiring a key image from the video, and saving the image to the case record. The method enables a smart customer service to perform standalone acquisition of accident information, and also enables the smart customer service to assist the customer service staff in acquiring accident information during a video call process with the customer service staff, thereby improving acquisition efficiency.
