An OCP adapter card and a computer device. The adapter card comprises an OCP adapter, a controller, a selector and a mother board connector; the OCP adapter is used to connect to an OCP network card; the controller is used for bandwidth allocation, in-situ control and power on/off control for the OCP network card; the selector gates a single-homed host or a dual-homed host on the basis of working mode configuration information stored in the controller; and the mother board connector is used for connecting to a mother board component. Information interaction among modules achieves support for single host and dual host functions, and single host and dual host configurations can be switched between according to needs without needing to open a computer case to change cables, thus simplifying the complexity of design for a mother board interface, allowing more flexible and diversified application, and facilitating multiplexing between a PCIE interface at the mother board end and other peripherals. Also designed is a hot swapping control circuit under two corresponding modes.
