METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SOLE STRUCTURE COMPRISING A FULLY OR PARTIALLY HOT-FORMED TEXTILE SOLE ELEMENT, AND FOOTWEAR ITEM COMPRISING SUCH A SOLE STRUCTURE

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sole structure (60) involving the supply (i) of at least one textile sole element having an outer face, comprising one or more at least partially hot-melt filament(s); (ii) placing said at least one textile sole element in a mould structure comprising a sole imprint intended to come into contact with the outer face of the textile sole element; (iii) placing an inflatable bladder in the mould structure and inflating the inflatable bladder in order to press the outer face of the textile sole element either directly or indirectly firmly against the sole imprint and heating the textile sole element so as to melt the at least partially hot-melt filament or filaments and more or less mould the sole imprint onto the outer face of the sole element; (iv) obtaining a sole structure (60) comprising a thermally compressed textile sole element (70). The present invention also relates to a sole structure and to a footwear item implementing said manufacturing method.
