Disclosed is an apparatus for collecting marine debris for collecting marine debris from an inaccessible area. The marine garbage collection apparatus includes: a marine garbage collection unit disposed within a predetermined distance range from an inaccessible area of the coast; a variable shape suction tube in which a plurality of unit tubes are continuously connected to have flexibility, the base end is located in the marine garbage collection unit and the front end is introduced into the inaccessible area; and a suction head coupled to the front end of the shape-variable suction tube; a camera installed in the suction head to acquire an image in the difficult-to-reach area; and a shape control unit installed to control the shape of the shape variable suction tube.
