POUR-OUT SPOUT, CONTAINER WITH POUT-OUT SPOUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pour-out spout provided at a refill container and the like, preventing unexpected opening of a pour-out port at a tip of a pour-out cylinder part and capable of opening the pour-out port by a simple operation.;SOLUTION: A pour-out spout 10 is provided which includes: a spout body 20 which is mounted on a container 111; and an outside sleeve 30 which is extrapolated in a pour-out cylinder part 22 of the spout body 20 so as to rotate around an axis thereof, and which opens/closes a pour-out port at a tip of the pour-out cylinder part 22 by the movement in the axial direction of the pour-out cylinder part 22. The outside sleeve 30 has: a stopper protrusion piece 32 protruding to both left and right sides of a base end part; and a push-in restriction protrusion part 37 protruding to the base end side from the stopper protrusion piece 32. The push-in restriction protrusion part 37 can come into contact with a restriction protrusion part reception part 27 formed at a sleeve reception part 21c of the base end part of the spout body 20, and can be arranged on the lateral side of a protrusion part relief part 21h secured on a side surface of the sleeve reception part 21c.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2021,JPO&INPIT
