PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a refresh rate setting device which can improve display quality.;SOLUTION: A refresh rate setting device (3) comprises: a firs setting unit (4) for setting, at application startup, the refresh rate of a display (7) of a portable terminal (1) to a first refresh rate of 90 Hz or higher; a determination unit (5) for determining whether the first refresh rate is an integral multiple of the frame rate of the application; and a second setting unit (6) which, when it is determined by the determination unit (5) that the first refresh rate is not an integral multiple of the frame rate, sets a second refresh rate as the refresh rate on the basis of whether or not the value settable as the refresh rate is an integral multiple of the frame rate.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2021,JPO&INPIT
