The present invention relates to an electrohydrodynamic nebulizer and a method of operating an electrohydrodynamic nebulizer, the nebulizer comprising a nebulizer unit and a fluid tank (1), the nebulizer unit comprising an assembly necessary for electrohydrodynamic nebulization.
