PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which effectively rigidly joins a column and a beam.SOLUTION: There are provided building production and supply of a skeleton and infill type open system which combines PC bar steel/deformed bar steel with a column and a beam of a wooden flat cross section, effectively combines a PC bar steel that has a T-type rigid frame and has no column at square corners, improves total spacial environmental and structural function using the building, makes good use of the characteristics of wood in consistency of interior/exterior apparatus and facility, and compensates a weak point, provides a function of restoring swing deformation of the building, secures an area of a fixed space, and makes use of building in which an adjacent space is adaptable to various building production, space scale, design and shape; and a building type foundation structure having an innovation function which can be variably updated in response to various changes generated with a lapse of time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
