To provide a road image processing device, road image processing method, road image processing program and recording medium that detect track cracks, using captured images by inexpensive cameras without requiring expensive dedicated instruments.SOLUTION: A road image processing device 100 processing road images has: a lane detection unit 112 that detects a lane area from a still image serving the road image, or a still image taken out from a motion image serving the road image; a bird's-eye view generation unit 113 that generates a bird's-eye view image of the lane area; a cross section extraction unit 114 that extracts a primary-dimensional pixel group in a road traverse direction in the bird's-eye view image; and a track determination unit 115 that determines presence ot absence of tracks of the pixel group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
