A camera calibration method and apparatus for real-time 360 depth image measurement are disclosed. A 360-degree camera calibration method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: photographing wide-angle images for a pattern in the pattern box by using wide-angle cameras disposed in each of preset directions of the 360-degree camera within the pattern box; detecting coordinate information of each pattern through analysis of a pattern included in each of the photographed wide-angle images; calculating coordinate information of each pattern projected to the sensor of each of the wide-angle cameras based on a camera model preset for the 360-degree camera; and calibrating intrinsic parameters and extrinsic parameters of each of the wide-angle cameras based on the calculated coordinate information and the detected coordinate information.
