The utility model relates to personal protective equipment for football players playing European football in training and competition games. A protective helmet for football players playing European football contains a rigid frame consisting of a rigid rim and radial stiffening ribs extending upward from it, made in the form of a crown, in the lower part of which there is a rigid rim with a height of about 8 cm; the upper part of the crown is made in the form of a spherical surface - a dome, tightly fitting the player's head, smoothly turning at the top of the crown into a flat surface with a diameter of about 5 cm; stiffening ribs are fixed in the rim, while the rim and dome are made of plastic having a rough surface, and on the inner side of the belt and dome there is a 5 mm thick foam polystyrene or polypropylene foam pad, while the inner foam layer is impregnated with an antibacterial composition and glued to it a layer of fabric made of soft material with antibacterial properties; in the back of the crown there are two symmetrical holes 10 × 20 mm in size, on the front surface of the crown to the location of the ears, there are plastic spikes 5 mm high, 5 mm in diameter and 10 mm apart. The technical result consists in creating a light protective helmet for football players, which provides reliable protection of the players' heads from ball strikes, head injuries when football players collide in the fight for a riding ball, and also helps to more accurately, purposefully direct the ball with his head into the opponent's goal. 8 p.p. f-ly, 1 dwg.
