To provide registration system, method and program in a printer which can suppress occurrence of color tone failure due to doubling at the registration time.SOLUTION: A registration system is provided with a plurality of printing units which performs printing of a plurality of different colors including a reference color on a printing object, and each of the plurality of printing units comprises a plate cylinder. The system comprises: positional deviation amount acquisition means 13 which acquires a positional deviation amount of a printed image of other color with respect to a printed image of the reference color printed on the printing object by the plurality of printing units; and plate cylinder moving means 15 which moves a plate cylinder of a positionally deviated color of the plurality of plate cylinders in order to eliminate the positional deviation amount acquired by the positional deviation amount acquisition means 13. The plate cylinder moving means moves the plate cylinder so as to execute movement of the printed image for eliminating the positional deviation amount while dividing the movement into multiple movements with a movement amount smaller than the positional deviation amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
