To provide pettipants which dry soon after washing, fit the body, and prevent an underwear from being seen from a gap generated by a movement such as when a user raises the leg.SOLUTION: In pettipants in which frills are sewn to a pants body so as to surround a girth of the pants body, the pants body is formed of a knitted fabric containing a synthetic fiber and an elastic fiber. A side portion of the pants body is curved so as to follow a body line of a wearer. A leg hole portion of the pants body is angled so as to form a V-shape from a crotch side toward both sides. A rubber is attached so as to surround the leg hole portion, and the frills are sewn.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
