To provide a method for allocating an occupied space for each shop in a commercial complex in which a plurality of shops providing services are gathered.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for automatically allocating an occupied space for each shop in a commercial complex in which shops are gathered by changing it daily by a computer. The method includes a date/day-of-the-week information step of obtaining date and day of the week information, a current-day weather information step of obtaining weather information at a predetermined time, a weather forecast information step of obtaining weather forecast information after the predetermined time, an attracting customer prediction step of predicting the number of customers at each shop based on the information obtained in the current-day weather information step and the weather forecast information step, an occupied space allocation step of allocating the occupied space for each shop in the commercial complex based on the attracting customer prediction calculated in the attracting customer prediction step, and an automatic layout step of automatically laying out the division and equipment of each shop in the commercial complex based on the occupied space allocated in the occupied space allocation step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
