The present invention provides an aqueous buffer formulation of bevacizumab. The present invention further provides a method of manufacturing a buffer agent of bevacizumab. The present invention provides a method of administering a buffer antibody composition of the present disclosure to treat eye disorders, particularly wet age-related macular degeneration and macular edema.
