An integrated illumination and speaker apparatus is provided with a central longitudinal axis defining forward and backward and radial outer and radial inward directions.The apparatus comprises a tweeter, a tweeter positioned radially outwardly of the tweeter, a speaker positioned backwards of the tweeter, and a light emitting diode (LED) assembly positioned laterally of the tweeter.The LED assembly comprises one or more light emitting diodes (LEDs) and lenses having a front surface.By twisting the inner edge communicating with the outer edge of the tweeter, the tweeter forms a guide to guide the tweeter generated sound from the speaker when used.At least a portion of the twisted horn is provided by the front of the lens.
