The present invention relates to a gimbap containing parsnip and a method for producing the same, and more particularly, to a gimbap containing parsnip, which is rich in vitamins and minerals and thus excellent in nutrition, rich in fiber, excellent in texture, and excellent in diet effect. It provides a gimbap and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention is a parsnip comprising the step of preparing a parsnip kimbap, which is pre-treated by frying the washed and cut parsnip in a temperature range of 150°C to 180°C using a frying pan and oil for a time range of 60 seconds to 120 seconds. It provides a gimbap and a method for manufacturing the same, including kimbap as kimbap.
