A rolling mill roll comprising a dissimilar metal bonded body part is provided. This rolling mill roll is a rolling mill for rolling a steel sheet, and includes a sleeve enclosing the roll neck and a bushing bearing enclosing the sleeve. The sleeve and bushing bearings are made of dissimilar metal joints. The dissimilar metal joined body has a configuration including a body and a bonding member joined to one surface of the body by melting. Concave-convex portions having a shape symmetrical to each other are formed on the surface where the body and the bonding member are in contact, and a bonding portion for bonding the body and the bonding member by solid processing is further formed on the edge of the surface where the body and the bonding member are in contact, and the body and the bonding member are formed. The members are configured to be coupled to each other by fastening means.
