The present invention is a carbon fiber fabric; and an inorganic hybrid polyamic acid in which dry silica is dispersed in polyamic acid; and relates to a polyimide/carbon fiber fabric composite material in which the carbon fiber fabric is impregnated with the inorganic hybrid polyamic acid. The present invention comprises the steps of (S1) adding fumed silica to polyamic acid and then dispersing to prepare an inorganic hybrid polyamic acid; (S2) preparing a prepreg by impregnating the inorganic hybrid polyamic acid into a carbon fiber fabric; and (S3) removing the solvent from the prepreg under vacuum and imidizing through heat treatment to prepare a polyimide/carbon fiber fabric composite material; . The polyimide/carbon fiber composite material of the present invention can further improve the strength and heat resistance of the polyimide material by adding silica and manufacturing it by a vacuum bag method.
