The present invention relates to a micro-hydro turbine comprising a guide vane and a runner and a method for designing the same. A micro-hydro turbine including a guide vane and a runner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a guide vane that is positioned in the flow direction of a fluid to change the flow direction of the fluid; and a runner spaced apart from the rear end of the guide vane at a predetermined interval and rotated by the flowing fluid.
