A building insulation cutting machine is started. Building insulation cutting machine of the present invention, a table for transferring the insulation material by the rotational force of the transfer roller; and a fixing frame detachably coupled to the table and provided with a string, wherein the insulating material is cut by the string in the process of being conveyed by the rotational force of the conveying roller. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a cutting machine for building insulation that can be widely used for cutting of semi-non-combustible insulating materials, can be quickly and accurately cut in size, and minimize the generation of dust powder and fine dust during cutting.
