According to the invention, the device module (1) comprises at least one temperature-control means connector (8) for the needs-based connection of the device module (1) to a temperature-control means store (28) of a temperature-control means, in particular a liquid or gaseous temperature-control means, at least one line connector (9) for the needs-based connection to at least one supply line (10) of the laboratory device (2) for the temperature-control means and at least one actuator (19) of a control process and/or control loop for open-loop and/or closed-loop control of at least one temperature in the laboratory device (2).
