A vacuum-eutectic system for the reliable capsuling, welding or glowing of chips is characterized by the fact that it consists of a vacuum body and a cooling tube;the vacuum body shall comprise a housing and a support plate, the top of the housing being fitted with a mounting aperture and the support plate being connected to the housing and covering the mounting aperture; a heating chamber is located between the housing and the carrier plate;the cooling tube runs through the housing of the vacuum body, the tube section of the cooling tube in the heating chamber is in contact with the carrier plate, only one end of the cooling tube is fixed by a fixing structure.
