The invention relates to a device for emptying water-carrying lines at risk of frost, comprising an emptying probe (4) and a riser pipe (15), the emptying probe (4) being arranged inside the riser pipe (15) and the riser pipe (15) being designed in such a way that it can be connected to the lowest point of the water-bearing line so that when connected to the water-bearing line (1), the emptying probe (4) inside the riser pipe (15) is guided to the lowest point of the line system formed and water is transferred from the line system the emptying probe (4) can be removed. Further aspects of the invention relate to a line system comprising such a device and a method for emptying a line system of a pool.
