BIM-based management and monitoring device for structural floor coverings, comprising:a data acquisition sensor (1) for data acquisition;a monitoring system for wearing a structural floor cover (2),a monitoring instrument for carrying a structural floor cover (2.1),a cloud platform of the monitoring system's structural floor covering software (2.2) and a PC terminal of the monitoring system's structural floor covering software (2.3), including the data acquisition sensor (1)is associated with the monitoring instrument for structural land cover (2.1);an alarm device (3),comprising a sound and light alarm device (3.1) and a mobile phone terminal of the monitoring system software for carrying a structure (3.2), the sound and light alarm device (3.1) being linked to the monitoring instrument for carrying a structural floor cover (2.1),and where the cloud platform of the monitoring system software for carrying a structural ground cover (2.2) is in communication with the mobile phone terminal of the monitoring system software for carrying a structure (3.2).
