To create an appropriate brand dictionary for each category of products and the like.SOLUTION: A brand dictionary creation apparatus comprises: an acquisition part acquiring a set of queries entered on sales screens for selling products or services (hereinafter referred to as products and the like) using a network; a narrowing-down part narrowing down texts included in the acquired queries by a rule corresponding to a category of the products and the like; and a creation part creating a brand dictionary for each category based on a result of the narrowing-down by the narrowing-down part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
