To prevent execution of a boiling-up operation by expensive purchase power in a daytime zone by not executing a boiling-up operation by photovoltaic power generation, even when large solar insolation generates in next early morning.SOLUTION: In a photovoltaic power generation device coordination hot water storage type water system 100, a prescribed time zone as a control object is divided into an allowable time zone (next day 9:00-23:00) and a non-allowable time zone (desired day 23:00-next day 0:00 and next day 0:00-9:00). Whether the boiling-up operation of the next day using electric power from the photovoltaic power generation device 3 (in allowable time zone) can be executed or not, is determined on the basis of only a first surplus power estimation value. As a result, a control of a schedule of not executing the boiling-up operation by the photovoltaic power generation in the daytime can be performed even when a comparatively large solar insolation generates from early dawn to early morning of the next day.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
