To provide piping maintenance support equipment and a piping maintenance support system for early detection of leakage from a pipe and the use of a building for a long time without any accident by appropriately carrying out a leak check even during use or sleeping.SOLUTION: The piping maintenance support equipment and piping maintenance support system includes: a pressure gauge 2 for measuring the pressure of the fluid flowing through the supply pipe A; a liquid pipe 1 for branching a channel of said supply pipe A into a pressure measurement path α that sends a fluid to said pressure gauge 2 through a liquid flow path β, which is a target route of said supply pipe A; and a shunt 4 for opening and closing a liquid channel β of the liquid solution pipe 1 and securing the pressure measurement path α.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
