A magnetically stabilized permanent magnet, which may be applied in fields such as alternative fuel vehicles, wind power, energy efficient appliances, and smart manufacturing. The magnetically stabilized permanent magnet comprises a magnetization direction (10), the magnetically stabilized permanent magnet contains a heavy rare earth element, the heavy rare earth element is scattered within the magnetically stabilized permanent magnet, and said element is present at different concentrations along the direction (40) perpendicular to the magnetization direction. When the present magnetically stabilized permanent magnet undergoes magnetic stabilization treatment, a magnetically stabilized permanent magnet satisfying differentiated demagnetization resistance requirements for different positions may be obtained by simply forming, on a first face (20) of a permanent magnet base material, a thin film of varying thickness or a thin film having different heavy rare earth element concentrations; the present invention also reduces heavy rare earth element use quantity.
