Disclosed is a storage circuit for improving the working efficiency of an RFID reader-writer, which belongs to the field of RFID reader-writers. The storage circuit comprises a signal buffer module, a signal transmission module, and a negative voltage source output module, wherein the signal transmission module comprises a rectifier filter circuit; the signal buffer module is used for performing buffering when a signal in a memory is exported and also performing data signal detection and is used for matching input and output impedances of pre- and post-stages of signals; during reading, the signal transmission module transmits data in the storage circuit by using a radio frequency signal; and during the outputting of the radio frequency signal, the negative voltage source output module uses a negative voltage power output to effectively ensure the stability of an output signal. A data signal is output by means of radio frequency, and a negative power supply is used as a working voltage for driving, such that the working efficiency and the stability of the reader-writer can be effectively improved.
