The present application relates to the technical field of information, and disclosed thereby are a damage evidence extraction method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium, which are applied to the field of smart logistics in smart cities. In the damage evidence extraction method and apparatus, computer device, and storage medium of the present application, collected target object feature information may be processed to generate three-dimensional feature information, and by matching the three-dimensional feature information with preset reference information, it is determined whether the target object is damaged; and if so, then corresponding damage information is acquired and encrypted so as to generate damage evidence data, providing reliable damage evidence for insurance claims.
