An air inlet device, a cooking apparatus having same, and a combined cooking apparatus. The air inlet device comprises a frame (1), an air inlet mechanism (2), and a drive mechanism (3). An air inlet (11) is formed on the frame (1); the air inlet mechanism (2) is rotatably connected to the air inlet (11); the drive mechanism (3) drives the air inlet mechanism (2) to rotate, so that the air inlet mechanism (2) is switched between a first position and a second position; at the first position, the air inlet mechanism (2) seals the air inlet (11); at the second position, the air inlet mechanism (2) exposes the air inlet (11), so that oil fume enters the air inlet (11). The height difference between the air inlet (11) and a cooker is reduced, the efficiency of suctioning oil fume is improved, and the whole air quality in the kitchen during cooking is improved.
