In an aspect, a method of a machine-learning (ML) device (207) of a request support system (208) of handling requests being made to the system is provided. The method comprises receiving (S101) a request for service, determining (S102) whether or not the received request complies with a policy specifying that the request should be allowed, and if not forwarding (S105) the request to an operator (209) of the system (200) for allowing or rejecting the request, receiving (S106) from the operator (209) a new policy specifying conditions of the request to be complied with for the request to be allowed, determining (S108) whether or not the received request complies with the new policy, and if so allowing (S103) the request, and if not rejecting (S109) the request.
