PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform gelatinization of platelet-rich plasma by using human tissue kallikrein derived from human, and increase safety in wound healing or regeneration treatment method of bone regeneration.;SOLUTION: In a gelatinization method of platelet-rich plasma, human tissue kallikrein is added to platelet-rich plasma, and then housed into a plastic container and gelatinized. Further, human tissue kallikrein is saliva-derived glandular kallikrein derived from a salivary gland, which is sterilized. Sterilization of saliva should be performed by filtering using a filter having 0.45 μm or less of bore diameter.
