By adding sulfuric acid to the waste liquid to remove the ammonium ions existing in the supercritical waste liquid in the form of ammonium sulfate salt and reusing it, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the heat insulation performance of the silica airgel blanket can be prevented from deteriorating. Provided are a regeneration method and a method for producing a silica airgel blanket.
