Problem to be solved: to provide a circularly polarized plate with an anti reflection layer capable of realizing an image display device in which the hue irregularity is suppressed.The circularly polarized plate with an antireflection layer of the present invention comprises a polarizer, an antireflection layer disposed on one side of the polarizer, and a phase difference layer disposed on the other side of the polarizer.The antireflection layer has a refractive index of 1.29 to 1.38, a thickness of 70 to 120 nm, and a wavelength at which a minimum reflectance is obtained in the range of 380 nm to 780 nm, in a range of 400 to 600 nm.The phase difference layer re (550) is 136 nm to 200 nm.Diagram
