The present invention provides an interference measurement method, a user terminal, and a network-side device. The method includes the steps of: receiving, by the user terminal, configuration information of an interference measurement reference signal resource and an interference measurement parameter transmitted by a network-side device; receiving, by the user terminal, an interference measurement reference signal from the interference measurement reference signal resource based on the configuration information; and calculating, by the user terminal, an estimated interference value of the interference signal based on the interference measurement parameter and the interference measurement reference signal.
