Disclosed are a float point accumulation apparatus and method, and a computer storage medium. The float point accumulation apparatus comprises: a loading module for reading N original float point numbers, and respectively continuously sequentially outputting the N original float point numbers in N calculation cycles, where N is an integer greater than 3 (S510); a control module for determining a calculation stage of the current calculation cycle, and controlling, according to the calculation stage, at least one multiplexer to send, to an input end of a float point addition module, the original float point numbers output by the loading module or an intermediate result output by an output end of the float point addition module (S520); and the float point addition module, which is used for acquiring two float point numbers at the input end in each of the calculation cycles, accumulating the two float point numbers by using an M-stage pipeline structure, and outputting the intermediate result or a final result at the output end, where M is an integer greater than 1 (S530). The apparatus can improve the speed of float point accumulation.
