A preparation method for nickel-coated graphene, comprising: breaking up graphite into 10-20 nm particles, and using nitrogen to blow the particles into a stainless steel pipe; at the position of 5 meters in length, using ultra-high frequency induction to heat to 1250 degrees, high-frequency oscillations being produced and a net-shaped passage being formed inside the tube, thus accelerating separation of the graphite; at the position of 30 meters, using an electric air heater to heat to 600-850 degrees, at the position of 10 meters, restricting the temperature to 500 degrees - 30 degrees, heating being gradient-separated and ultrasonic waves propagating through the pipe to form a vibration net, breaking up agglomerated graphene, and performing condensation; pouring nickel water into a high-speed air nozzle, and blowing same into a vacuum, the water moving rectilinearly at a high speed in the vacuum, and the net-shaped vibration of the ultrasonic waves dispersing same, causing the suspended graphene to have a net-shaped distribution, and nickel powder to collide with the graphene at high speeds to coat the graphene, and then filling with nitrogen gas and using the ultrasonic wave net for filtration; and adding a water-resistant resin to the nickel-coated graphene to produce a coating. The preparation method of the present invention is simple and can be broadly applied in the field of surface coating, and effectively improves the efficiency of using heat exchangers and condensers, and extends the service life of same.
