Provided are a storage system boot method and apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: determining a configuration space according to a bus number, a device number and a function number of a bridge device for connecting a PCIe device to a CPU; during the boot of a BIOS, after it is detected that initialization of the PCIe device is completed, determining, according to information, which is read from the configuration space, of a connection between preset hardware devices, whether the connection is successful; if so, continuing to boot until the boot of the BIOS is finished; if not, the CPU sending a reconnection instruction to stabilize the speed of a PCIe hardware link in a matching state by means of adjusting parameters of a sending end and parameters of a receiving end; when it is detected that the number of times the reconnection instruction is sent is greater than a first preset value and the connection is not successful, the BIOS sending a system reboot instruction; and when the number of times the reconnection instruction is sent is not greater than the first preset value, waiting for a preset duration, and then continuing to determine whether the preset hardware devices are successfully connected. Accordingly, it is ensured that a storage system can normally and stably operate after booting, and the stability and maintainability of the system are improved.
