The human body feature parameter measurement method comprises: determining corresponding three-dimensional point cloud data according to a human body key point in a two-dimensional image, and then determining a human body feature parameter according to the three-dimensional point cloud data. The human body weight and/or human body feature parameter can be used for the adjustment of a car seat. According to the methods of the present application, a human body feature parameter or a human body weight can be extracted on the basis of a three-dimensional point cloud, thereby improving measurement precision.
