The present invention relates to a mounting means of a ceiling lightweight steel frame structure main carrier, the mounting means comprising: an upper horizontal part mounted to a rod hanger; a main standing part which has an upper end integrally coupled to one end of the upper horizontal part and a lower end extending downward in the direction of gravity; a lower panel which has one end integrally coupled to the lower end of the main standing part and the other end extending parallel to the upper horizontal part; and a lower standing part which has a lower end integrally coupled to the other end of the lower panel and an upper end extending toward the other end of the upper horizontal part. The mounting means of the main carrier includes a main carrier hanger provided with a body having a channel-shaped cross-section, and further includes a main carrier separation preventing and tightening piece having one end integrally coupled to the upper end of lower standing part and the other end extending toward the other end of the upper horizontal part before extending toward the main standing part so that the bottom surface comes into surface contact with the top surface of the upper horizontal part, whereby the main carrier separation preventing and tightening piece is mated with the upper horizontal part.
