The present invention is characterized by comprising: an earphone cover which is attachable to and detachable from an earphone head connected to an earphone lead wire, and to which is attached a temperature sensor (referring to a body temperature sensor) capable of measuring the body temperature of an earphone user; a body temperature measurement control system which is provided inside the earphone cover and electrically connected to the temperature sensor to measure body temperature; a display unit which causes a fluorescent part of the earphone cover to change color by means of the light from a light emitting diode that turns on according to a control operation of the body temperature measurement control system, thus allowing the earphone user to directly check the user's own body temperature measurement resu and a mobile terminal to which the body temperature measurement result from the body temperature measurement control system is transmitted through a wireless communication unit of the body temperature measurement control system to allow the user or a third party to check the result from a remote location.
