The present invention relates to a SNP marker composition for predicting lymphocystis disease virus (LCV) resistance of halibut and a method for predicting LCDV resistance of halibut using the same. The SNP marker composition of the present invention can be utilized for genomic selection of halibut resistant to lymphocytic disease, and can induce the development and continuous production of lymphocytic disease-resistant varieties.
