Elastic compression product for the lower limbs of a wearer intended for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnoea syndrome, the product having a pressure profile representing the textile back PB, PB1, PC, PD, PE, PF, PG, PH, PI, PD',PE',PF'and PG' in heights B, B1, C, D, E, F, G, H, I defined in Section 4.1.2 of the standard NF, S, 97 and 114, and in heights D',E,F and G',which are defined at 92%height D, 110%height E, 126%height E and 92%height G, the pressures being measured as the compression pressures of compression socks in accordance with French standard NF G 30-102 Part B, the pressure profile being such that:30 mmHg PC 10 mmHg,30 mmHg PF 10 mmHg andPC (PB + 10 mmHg).
