A vehicle resource management method of a network in automated vehicle & highway systems includes: monitoring whether an event of a vehicle entering a road monitored by the network occurs; receiving driving information of the vehicle when the entry event has occurred; and setting a role value for object detection to the vehicle on the basis of information on the road prestored in the network and the driving information. Accordingly, the vehicle can perform efficient resource management for object detection. One or more of an autonomous vehicle, a user terminal and a server of the present disclosure can be associated with an artificial intelligence module, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) robot, an augmented reality (AR) device, a virtual reality (VR) device and a 5G service related device.
