The invention discloses a master base station and a method performed by the master base station in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:transmitting, to a secondary base station, a secondary base station addition request message including an identity of a protocol data unit, PDU, session, an identity of quality of service, QoS, flow associated with the PDU session, and quality requirement information associated with the QoS flow;receiving, from the secondary base station, a secondary base station addition response message including an identity of a data radio bearer, DRB, transport layer information for an user plane on an Xn interface, a radio resource control, RRC, container, and the identity of the PDU session, wherein the RRC container includes configuration information of a secondary cell associated with the secondary base station; andtransmitting, to a user equipment, UE, an RRC reconfiguration message including the RRC container. The invention also discloses a secondary base station and a method performed by the secondary base station.
