According to an embodiment, an apparatus for generating and measuring jet noise includes: a test nozzle; a pressure tank for storing gas at high pressure; a regulator for adjusting the pressure of the gas supplied from the pressure tank to the test nozzle; a plurality of Pitot tubes installed in the test nozzle; and a noise measuring unit including a plurality of microphones capable of measuring the noise of a jet generated from the test nozzle, wherein the test nozzle may eject a jet in a vertical direction from the ground.
